Past few Days in Santiago

The past couple of days have gone well, with more drawing and finding interesting things; including a 5 hour trek around the massive Parque Metropolitan de Santiago, a masked gay rights parade, a couple of public shrines.

The Cacti I mentioned earlier, with Santiago in the background, and mountains further off in the distance. The way the mountains rise up out of the smog reminded me of ancient Chinese landscapes.

On my way back from the park I saw this masked gay rights parade - Some of the masks were traditional S. American masks, mixed with cross dressing and S&M gear.
